This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development professional, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility of some remote work. The position entails identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand market trends, and generating leads. The role also includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, representing Fazpass in client interactions, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. You will collaborate with the internal teams to develop strategies that align with company goals and ensure excellent customer service.

• Proven experience in Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities for business growth.
• Market Research expertise to analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.

• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills to manage hybrid work and achieve business goals.
• A background in business, marketing, or a related field is highly advantageous.
