What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs
Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the recruitment industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Knowledge of the local job market is a plus
