A. Business Development & Sales Strategy (70%)
- Identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities across target segments such as commercial buildings, malls, property developers, facility management companies, architects, and interior designers, as well as government offices, airports, clinics, private schools, and cultural or religious institutions.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint key projects and decision-makers requiring specialized stone care, restoration, and anti-slip solutions.
- Consistently achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly sales quotas for specialized services and long-term maintenance contracts.
- Prepare comprehensive, high-value proposals and quotations based on on-site evaluations, clearly articulating the premium value supported by advanced chemicals, international expertise, and superior outcomes.
B. Technical Consultation & Site Assessment (20%)
- Act as a technical advisor to clients by understanding surface-related issues such as staining, algae growth, dullness, or slip risks.
- Arrange and perform mandatory Free On-Site Assessments to accurately assess stone conditions and recommend the most appropriate Batucare solutions (cleaning, protection, anti-slip treatment, faade care, etc.).
- Confidently communicate the technical advantages of Batucare's specialized, Italian-made products and methodologies.
C. Relationship Management (10%)
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as Facility Managers, Chief Engineers, General Managers, and Procurement Directors.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and fulfillment of all commitments.
4. Required Qualifications & Experience
- 35 years of proven B2B sales experience in relevant fields such as premium construction materials, building services, facility management, technical/chemical solutions, or hospitality vendor services.
- A strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets for high-value contracts.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and well-presented, suitable for engaging high-level corporate clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Holds a valid driver's license and is willing to travel extensively within Jakarta and surrounding regions.
5. Preferred Skills
- Basic technical knowledge of natural stone types (e.g., marble, granite) or familiarity with chemical treatment and protection processes.
- Existing network or client connections within hospitality, commercial real estate, or premium residential sectors in Jakarta.
