Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive Non Exclusive is responsible for acquiring new non-exclusive property management contracts and supporting the initiation and growth of the Non-Exclusive (Nonex) department. This role focuses on lead generation, canvassing, client acquisition, and closing new partnerships with property owners to expand the company's portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Canvassing
- Actively acquire new non-exclusive (Nonex) property management contracts.
- Conduct field canvassing to approach property owners and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
2. Nonex Department Initiation
- Support the setup and development of the Non-Exclusive department.
- Identify opportunities to expand the Nonex portfolio.
3. Client Outreach & Deal Closing
- Present property management services to property owners.
- Negotiate partnership terms and close contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
4. Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads and contract progress.
- Track and report performance against acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or property/real estate field.
- Experience in canvassing or field sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and confident in approaching new clients.
- Must have personal transportation and be able to ride a motorcycle.
