We are currently looking for a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Executive to support our expansion into Chinese-speaking markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and wants to grow an international career.
No prior ad-tech experience is required.

Setiabudi, South Jakarta City, Jakarta, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential advertisers, agencies, and business partners
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and meetings
- Build relationships with Mandarin-speaking prospects and clients
- Understand client objectives and introduce relevant Admattic solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and growth opportunities
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
- Support business expansion across Chinese-speaking markets
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and business development
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- HSK 5/6 certification
- Studied in China or experience working with Chinese companies
- Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or client-facing roles
- Experience in advertising, technology, media, SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce is a plus
