About the Role
As part of our growing business development team, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) domain. Our company helps enterprises adopt and integrate advanced MarTech solutions, such as customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, digital experience platforms, and AI-based personalization engines.
You will work at the intersection of sales, technology, and marketingbuilding strategic client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and working with internal teams and global partners to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and solution architects
- Drive end-to-end sales activities: lead generation, proposal development, presentations, and deal closure
- Act as the primary contact for key prospects and maintain strong post-sales relationships
- Educate potential clients about MarTech trends, solutions, and use cases
- Work closely with system integration, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of technical proposals
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, partner workshops, and client meetings

- Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud)
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP) & Personalization Engines
- Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)
- CRM & Campaign Orchestration Integration
- Marketing AI, Analytics, and Attribution Modeling
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
- Up to 3 years of business development or solution sales experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or marketing solutions
- Understanding of marketing operations, digital engagement, and omnichannel customer journeys
- Familiarity with marketing technologies and how they integrate into enterprise IT environments
- Proven ability to close deals and manage enterprise clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working with MarTech vendors like Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Insider, etc.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA)
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams across sales, product, and engineering
- Existing network within retail, BFSI, or telco industries is a plus
