Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include generating qualified leads, creating strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

• Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Business and Account Management
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and negotiate contracts effectively
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Experience in the technology or AI sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
