We are a Google Premier Partner, Facebook Preferred Agency, and TikTok Media Buying Partner. Now, we're looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team!

Job Role

  • Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop complete pitch decks including research, marketing strategies, and digital marketing plans to win potential clients.
  • Create clear and comprehensive media plans supported by strong research and strategy.
  • Monitor client performance together with internal teams (strategists, ads specialists, etc.) and translate insights into new business opportunities.
  • Proactively drive regular upsell and cross-sell (e.g., adding new channels, expanding campaign scope, offering complementary services).
  • Develop case studies from previous projects to strengthen client proposals.
  • Support Account Executives during introduction meetings to enhance credibility and expertise.
  • Collaborate with Ads Optimizers to define learning plans, objectives, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress from onboarding to completion, including performance tracking.
  • Support Ads Optimizers in achieving KPIs and key metric expectations.
  • Assist in creating insight reports and accountability reports with strong marketing and strategic perspectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / business development / account management, or as a digital marketing strategist / ads optimizer / ads specialist.
  • Solid understanding of general digital marketing concepts: funnel, basic KPIs (impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.), and main channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • People-oriented, enjoys talking to clients, strong communication and persuasion skills, and comfortable with intensive follow-ups.
  • Target-driven, growth mindset, and actively looks for upsell & cross-sell opportunities instead of only maintaining accounts.
  • Able to deliver clear, compelling presentations both online and in-person.
  • Bonus point: prior experience in a digital agency or handling B2B / enterprise clients.
