We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Executive to develop partnerships with schools and educational institutions. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys field work, building strong client relationships, and closing partnership opportunities in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential school partners including high schools, universities, and educational institutions
- Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce the company's programs and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school representatives and decision makers
- Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting to closing partnerships
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client visits
- Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up with prospective clients
- Achieve sales and partnership targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related field
- 34 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Experience in the education, training, or service-based industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Professional and confident in meeting clients
- Willing to conduct field visits and be placed in Surabaya
Preferred:
- Experience working with educational institutions or school clients
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Familiar with CRM tools
- Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
