Business Development Executive (360 Marketing – Corporate Brand)
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to expand our agency's footprint in the corporate market.
This role focuses on acquiring and growing partnerships with brands through end-to-end (360) marketing solutions — from influencer campaigns to integrated brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate brand clients
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients (prospecting → pitching → closing)
- Develop and offer 360 marketing solutions tailored to each brand's objectives (influencer marketing, content, activation, digital, etc.)
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (Strategist, Ops, Creative) to ensure strong proposal delivery
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and deal progress
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (agency preferred)
- Proven ability to acquire and close corporate clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & integrated (360) marketing solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong business sense and ability to translate client needs into solutions
