Business Development Executive - AI

PILLAR AI (formerly Ringkas) — the AI-native sales infrastructure for financial institutions, loan origination, built on four years of live, real-world data. We're not prototyping. We're scaling a system already proven across 33 bank partners and 50+ cities. What started in Asia is now expanding across the GCC through our partnership with ROSHN Group in Saudi Arabia and others.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help take PILLAR AI to the next tier of banks, developers, and financial institutions across our core markets.

What you'll do

• Own and grow relationships with banks, property developers, and financial institutions adopting PILLAR AI
• Lead outbound strategy to expand our partner base beyond our current 33 bank partners and 50+ cities
• Build and manage a partnership pipeline from first conversation to signed deal
• Work cross-functionally with Product to translate market feedback into PILLAR AI's roadmap
• Represent PILLAR AI at industry events, partner meetings, and regional expansion conversations

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years in business development, experience in the AI industry or AI-driven businesses
• Track record of closing deals with financial institutions or large enterprise partners
• Comfortable operating across markets and cultures; GCC or Southeast Asia experience is a strong plus
• Genuine interest in AI-native products and how they reshape traditional industries like mortgage lending
• Sharp communicator, equally comfortable in a boardroom pitch or a founder-mode sprint
• Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and ownership

Nice to have

• Existing network within banking, property development, or mortgage ecosystems
• Experience selling into or partnering with large anchor institutions
• Arabic language skill is an advantage.
