Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and leading new business development opportunities, generating qualified leads, forming strategic partnerships, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth. The candidate will play a key role in initiating and building long-lasting relationships with clients as well as identifying new markets for business expansion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be part of the daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Experience in Business, Account Management, and managing client relationships effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and build professional relationships
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience or familiarity with IoT, AI technology, and automation systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or related field is preferred
