- Manage end-to-end acquisition of enterprise brands, chain restaurants, and well-known SME brands.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Identify, approach, negotiate, and close high-value merchant partnerships.
- Understand merchant business models, P&L structure, cost drivers, and decision-making process.
- Design commercial proposals including commission structures, promotional campaigns, vouchers, ads packages, and marketing support.
- Provide consultative selling by explaining platform value through metrics such as ROAS, ROI, sales uplift, and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
- Analyze performance data to support pitching strategy and optimize acquisition approach.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry insights to strengthen acquisition positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in food delivery, restaurant industry, FMCG, or marketplace -platform is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding acquisition targets.
- Strong understanding of food delivery promotion mechanics (vouchers, -ads, sponsored listings, campaign mechanics).
- Good understanding of merchant economics including ROI, ROAS, cost -structure, and performance expectations.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret sales and performance data.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
- Highly driven, resilient, and solution-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
