RWI Consulting is looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Business Development & Digital Marketing Officer.

In this role, you will support business growth by identifying potential clients, developing marketing materials, and managing digital marketing activities to strengthen the company's market presence.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and maintain lead databases to support business development activities.
• Prepare business proposals, company profiles, and other marketing materials.
• Create engaging marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional channels.
• Support website and social media management, as well as digital marketing activities.
• Monitor marketing and business development activities and prepare performance reports.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of lead generation, market research, and business development processes.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to prepare business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with website and social media management, email marketing, and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in B2B or consulting industries will be an advantage.
