Business Development DAM and Reservoir Segment

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kota Tangerang Selatan for a Business Development professional specializing in the DAM and Reservoir Segment. The key responsibilities will be as follows:

• Develop all sales activity to introduce AVK products to DAM and Reservoir stake holders
• Lead the project team to win the tender in Dam projects
• Liaise with all consultants, contractors, suppliers, and distributors in all dam tenders
• Monitor project sales pipelines and coordinate it with all company functions
• Routine coordination with global support (engineering, production, supply chain, etc.)
• Provide support to engineering team to conduct the product presales, installation and commissioning and after sales service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in DAM and Reservoir in Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering or related technical field (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on CRM application
• Solid technical knowledge of Dam or Hydro Mechanical
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and permitting requirements
• Proven experience handling complicated government projects
• Strong leadership capability with a solid field presence
• Willing to work at BSD, Tangerang Selatan area
• Proficiency in English to facilitate technical discussions and documentation
