Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development consultant to drive growth in our Talent Management Staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the staffing industry, with a focus on talent management and recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in the Talent Management Staffing division.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients, including staffing agencies, HR departments, and hiring managers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their talent management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet client requirements and address talent gaps.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our talent management services and value proposition.
  • Track sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention rates, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to continuously improve service offerings and delivery processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry, with a focus on talent management and recruitment.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles, recruitment processes, and workforce trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
