Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Agribusiness Development, Project Feasibility/Analysis, Commodity Trading, or Strategic Commercial Partnerships.
  • Proven track record and deep understanding of the agriculture, forestry, or plantation management sectors, with specific expertise in coffee, cocoa, woodchip, and bananas or other core crops.
  • Possess an active network or proven capability in identifying and securing reliable offtakers.
  • Highly proficient in drafting Feasibility Studies, Budget Plans (RAB), and conducting technical/land due diligence.
  • Skilled in developing structured project proposals and drafting binding commercial agreements.
  • Results-oriented (a hands-on deal closer) with strong communication skills to effectively manage social dynamics in project areas.

Job Scope

  • Gather, process, and analyze due diligence data covering technical, operational, and land potential aspects to validate project feasibility.
  • Develop comprehensive Feasibility Studies and analyze commodity economic dynamics (coffee, cocoa, woodchip, and forestry) to assess the commercial potential of new projects.
  • Prepare project budget plans and analyze profitability projections to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
  • Synthesize technical, commodity, and financial studies into structured project proposals for management review and approval.
  • Identify and secure trusted plantation operators and committed offtakers for cocoa, coffee, bananas, and other core crops.
  • Map and manage community relations and social dynamics around project sites to ensure smooth field operations while supporting local community empowerment programs.
