PT Japan Fitness Indonesia is a Health & Wellness company from Japan that consists of two units: 365 Pilates Studio and Japan Conditioning Academy. We are committed to providing quality fitness and wellness services to our customers.

Role Description

  • Spearhead Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities by implementing strategic sales initiatives that expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Gain Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather competitor intelligence, identify high-potential business opportunities, and guide growth strategies.
  • Foster Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fitness studios, wellness centers, and key stakeholders to establish long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Optimize Operations: Oversee day-to-day business operations related to B2B partnerships, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Champion Innovation: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement creative solutions that enhance JCA's posture-improvement programs and corporate wellness offerings.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies, optimize partnership approaches, and report insights effectively to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum two year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in education, fitness, or wellness.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire various audiences.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as KOMO or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Japanese language proficiency is a valuable asset.
