Direct Supervisor: Business Development Manager / Head of Business Development

Status: Contract

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to support the company's growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients and partners, conducting market analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives that contribute to business expansion and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and follow-up activities with clients and business partners.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and monitoring business development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives and partnerships.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses for management review.
  • Support strategic projects, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of business opportunities, client interactions, and project progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Partnership Management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of business development processes, market analysis, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in preparing business proposals and commercial presentations is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong initiative and adaptability.
