Business Development Analyst

Job Description Summary :

Analyze and Provide data and analysis to support Company's business development.

Job Description :

• Research acquisition or potential opportunities targets

• Coordinate financial, legal, tax, technical/agronomy, ESG, and environmental due diligence.

• Structure and manage VDRs track Q&A synthesize red flags and mitigation plans.

• Plan and monitor deal workstreams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are tracked through project trackers (e.g., Gantt chart, Smartsheet)

• Lead coordination meetings, follow-up on actions, and escalate critical issues to management.

• Conduct site visits in the process of due diligence

• Maintain complete filing of transaction documents (NDAs, term sheets, CSPA, regulatory submissions).

• Develop dashboards for project status, due diligence risks, and deal progress.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's (min.) in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics from top universities local or overseas

• 1-4 years in Business Development, Merger & Acquisition /IB/PE/Transaction Services/Corporate Finance

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent English & Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

• Can speak Mandarin could be an advantages

• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
