Company Description Yayasan Hasil Bumi Lestari (HASBI) is an Indonesian foundation focused on advancing sustainable farming and agribusiness across the country. The organization works with farmers, communities, and partners to promote environmentally responsible practices and improve livelihoods in rural areas.

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business & Project Associate to support projects across sustainable agriculture, technology, international development, and market access.

Responsibilities

• Identify business, tender, grant, and partnership opportunities
• Support proposals, research, presentations, and lead generation
• Coordinate project implementation, stakeholders, and reporting
• Manage contracts, invoices, documentation, and payment tracking
• Support market research, buyer mapping, and international market access

Requirements

• Based in Jakarta
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with AI and digital tools
• Passionate about sustainability, environment, and agriculture
• Independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented

Commitment: 60 hours/month with flexible working hours.
