Matareka (Design Studio) × Curv Creative (Digital Agency)

We're looking for a Business Development & Growth Manager who genuinely understands the advertising and digital space—and enjoys turning what's happening in the market into real business growth.

In this role, you'll help shape how Matareka and Curv Creative grow next. That means spotting new platforms, following industry shifts, and figuring out where the next revenue opportunities should come from.

YOU'LL ENJOY THIS ROLE IF YOU LIKE TO:

Stay close to the advertising, creative, and digital ecosystem, and keep up with how the industry evolves

  • Spot early trends and new opportunities—from creator/KOL growth to new platforms or changing client needs
  • Turn those insights into practical growth ideas, new offerings, or go‑to‑market plans
  • Explore and prioritize new industries, segments, or collaboration opportunities with long‑term potential
  • Lead thoughtful business conversations with clients and partners, from early discussions to structuring deals
  • Take ownership of the commercial side of growth—pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Think beyond one‑off wins and help build a strong, sustainable revenue pipeline
  • Work closely with leadership and internal teams to connect market insight with execution
  • This role is not about daily account servicing, operational follow‑ups, or project coordination.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

* Have experience in creative, digital, or integrated agencies, and understand how agency businesses work

* Combine industry insight with a clear sense of commercial impact and growth

* Are comfortable reading market signals, new platforms, and shifting client behavior, then acting on them

* Enjoy contributing to go‑to‑market thinking, new offerings, and market entry ideas

* Can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution—stepping in to pitch and close when needed

* Like leading commercial conversations, from exploration to negotiation and deal closure

* Think revenue‑first, but with long‑term, sustainable growth in mind

* Thrive in a fast‑moving agency or startup environment

* Communicate well in English & Bahasa Indonesia

* Have an existing client network or industry connections (a strong plus)
