Business Developer

Our company.

Aviaco France is an helicopter maintenance center specialized in selling spare parts situated in Marignane in the south of France. In the scope of our international development in Jakarta, Indonesia, our team is looking for its new recruit, a business developer bilingual in English and Indonesian.

Job description.

Working directly with our Vice-president of Sales, you will have for mission to develop our client data base and prospect for new clients in order to develop our activity.

You will have to :

• Represent Aviaco's image and act as an ambassador of the company through all your actions.
• Be responsible for a client portfolio and develop it, you will have to develop a trustful relationship with them.
• Prospect in the region to acquire new clients and identify your targets as well as their decision-makers.
• Be able to respond to all inquiries related to price and leadtime.
• Meet your objectives.
• Be in charge of your sales from the order to the delivery.
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers to ensure the proper completion of your orders.
• Update our database.

Desired profile.

• Bachelor/master's degree.
• 5 years of experience in sales.
• Autonomy, adaptability and dynamism.
• Good communication and relationships skills.
• Persuasiveness and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian.
• Knowledge of the aeronautics/helicopter environment is a plus.
• Mastery of IT tools (Microsoft suite, CRM, ERP)

In brief, you are a business developer at heart, motivated by results and like to create strong and lasting relationship with customers. You have a conquest spirit in sales and a convincing determination in closing deals. You speak English and Indonesian fluently and want to make your contribution to our project.
