Business Data Analyst

As a Business Data Analyst at PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk., you will be part of the business team, responsible for processing, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business teams to transform data into meaningful insights, identify business opportunities, and provide recommendations to support the achievement of business objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, consolidating, and validating data from various business units and internal sources.

• Processing, cleaning, and analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.

• Monitoring business performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and achievement against targets.

• Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business monitoring.

• Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for business reviews, management presentations, and strategic decision-making.

• Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborating with business teams and internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Supporting business planning, evaluation, and the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Management, or other related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in data analysis, business data analysis, or related fields is an advantage.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and other data analysis functions.

• Strong skills in data processing, data cleaning, data validation, and data interpretation.

• Experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

• Good understanding of business performance metrics, targets, and financial services is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to data accuracy.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced business environment.

• Willing to be placed at Bank Raya Head Office, Jakarta.
