1. Business Continuity Planning & Governance

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for all functions.
  • Coordinate annual BCM audits, reviews, and readiness assessments.
  • Maintain compliance with the Group BCM Policy and Standards, including governance structures and annual activity schedules.

2. Risk Assessment & Planning

  • Lead or support the execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment (RA) to identify critical processes and recovery priorities across business units.
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) aligned with organizational objectives

3. Crisis Management

  • Support Crisis Management Team (CMT) during incidents by act as a key contact during incidents, ensuring activation of continuity plans and communication protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining the incident response framework, emergency procedures, and escalation protocols.
  • Support crisis management and recovery efforts until normal operations resume.

4. Testing, Drills & Exercises

  • Organize and execute BCM drills, tests, and exercises to validate recovery strategies.
  • Document outcomes and implement remediation measures for identified gaps.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain BCM documentation, version control, and evidence repository.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on BCM readiness, gaps, and improvements.
  • Ensure all BCM materials (SOPs, BCPs, playbooks) are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Maintain ongoing liaison with regulators through Compliance teams.

6. Stakeholder Engagement & Training

  • Conduct BCM awareness campaigns and training for employees.
  • Provide guidance to departments on BCM requirements and best practices.
