Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from both new and existing clients.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into viable business opportunities and solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
  • Participate in tender and bidding processes when required.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain relationships post-project implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability in both hunting (new business acquisition) and farming (account management).
  • Experienced in managing sales pipelines and working with targets and deadlines.
  • Understanding of tender/bidding processes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address client needs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
