About the Role:
As a Business Consultant, you will drive business growth by introducing and implementing ESB products to clients to exceed revenue targets. We are looking for high-performing individuals who lead client relationships with deep
empathy, deliver
honest consultations, and display the
agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced market.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Identify and actively pursue potential customers who could benefit from ESB products through networking at business events, cold calling, canvassing, or following up on company-generated leads.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships built on empathy, deeply understanding clients unique business needs and pain points to propose the right ESB solutions.
- Surpass revenue targets by honestly showcasing the direct and transparent impact of ESB products on client business profitability and growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process with high agility, ensuring a seamless integration of ESB products into the client's operations while meeting project timelines.
- Provide strategic and honest consulting services to clients, offering transparent insights and recommendations that align with their business goals.
- Adapt quickly and agilely to changing market dynamics and client requirements to consistently drive revenue growth.
Requirements
What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements)
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in FnB/Tech sales companies or related fields.
- Diploma Degree, but preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- A strong customer-oriented attitude driven by genuine empathy for merchant success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills grounded in honesty and transparency.
- High agility with a strong problem-solving aptitude, able to work exceptionally well both independently and within a team.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-mobility environment.
- Fluency in English is a definite plus.
