Role Description The Business Coach: Talent Specialist and Leadership Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indonesia, supporting clients in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The individual in this role will coach our clients on our recruitment framework and train them in the areas of people selection and building teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group interviews, conducting coaching sessions, facilitating training workshops, and supporting clients in developing business and talent strategies. The role involves assessing organizational needs, creating tailored development plans, and providing ongoing consulting to help clients implement effective leadership practices. The coach will also collaborate with other team members to refine coaching methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of program offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Coaching and Coaching skills to support leaders and teams in achieving performance goals.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning and Consulting skills to help clients design and implement effective strategies for growth and talent development.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to create and facilitate engaging workshops, leadership programs, and team development sessions.
• Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to analyze business challenges, translate insights into practical coaching interventions, and measure impact over time.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; relevant coaching or training certifications are an advantage.
• Strong commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory coaching practices, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• AI Skills, especially using Claude or similar tools are considered an asset.
