- Identify and acquire small business requiring funds for business expansion
- Build long-term relationships with shop owners, traders, distributors, and service businesses
- Achieve loan sourcing and disbursement targets
- Coordinate with internal credit risk and operations teams for timely approvals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Provide post-disbursement support and maintain portfolio quality
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Loan / Working Capital Loan sales / Lending
- Experience in Bank, or Fintech industry is a must
- Good understanding of small business financing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to do field work
- Will be individual contributor
