Provide consultative business services to help clients implement Weaver's digital solutions.
Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey.
Configure/Customise Weaver solution (a low-code workflow digitalisation platform) based on the business/functional requirements of clients
Drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements
Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct requirement study, solution preview and other stakeholders meetings
Perform project & stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered successfully within the pre-defined timeline
Support the delivery of quality functional/application digital designs
Support development and implementation of quality business digital solutions for the client
Provide Weaver Product power/end-users training and support
Document business requirements, functional design, test plan and prepare project reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related fields.
1 to 2 years of working experience in the related fields (e.g., technology service delivery, enterprise software development and implementation) is preferred
