Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry is plus
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Experience collaborating with IT, product, operations, and stakeholders to ensure solution delivery
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiar with BRD, FRD, Use Case, User Story, and process mapping tools
Job Description :
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define project objectives.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Documentation
- Create comprehensive documentation including Project Requirements Document (PRD).
- Maintain updated process flow diagrams, wireframes, and data mapping documentation.
- Ensure version control and clarity in all documentation for development and QA teams.
Solution Design & Validation
- Work with developers, system architects, and QA to design IT solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support the creation of prototypes or mockups for validation with stakeholders.
- Validate solutions against requirements to ensure business objectives are met.
Project Support
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in prioritizing requirements and managing change requests.
- Support project managers with progress tracking, risk assessment, and testing coordination.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop test cases and acceptance criteria with QA based on requirements.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with end users and ensure issues are resolved before go-live.
- Verify data integrity and system functionality post-deployment.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance and gather feedback post-implementation.
- Recommend enhancements to improve user experience or operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on IT trends, tools, and best practices relevant to business analysis.
