Mandatory skills and experience:

Requirement gathering
Stakeholder management
Functional Requirement understanding
Writing Use Cases with or without tools
Technical and Business Testing Knowledge
User Data Analysis and synthesis
Tool Knowledge: JIRA/Agility/Confluence

Good to have skills and experience:

Technical Knowledge (coding, Logic understanding)
Basic AWS understanding
Agility tool experience

Certification (Good to have):

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) from IIBA

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

Engg Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years (max) of total experience as Business Analyst
