Business Analyst Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

• Develop data-driven insights related to sales, inventory, customer behavior, and retail market trends
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data used in analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and store operations) to identify business opportunities
• Create performance dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management
• Oversee forecasting processes, demand planning, and inventory analysis

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
