Business Analyst Staff

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze business, revenue, market, competitor, and performance data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Conduct revenue analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, market analysis, competitor analysis, and performance analysis.
• Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to support business and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and translate data into actionable business insights.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Statistics, Hospital Management, Management / Business, Economics / Accounting, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or in a related role.
• Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Able to work with data and translate analysis into meaningful business recommendations.
