Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop forecasting models to predict daily/weekly/monthly sales across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia
  • Utilize historical data, market trends, seasonality (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12), and brand activities to build accurate projections
  • Provide multiple forecast scenarios (best case, base case, worst case) to support stock planning and budgeting
  • Prepare routine performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) based on internal system data and marketplace dashboards
  • Build dashboards to track metrics: GMV, Orders, Sales, Conversion Rate, Traffic, Fulfillment KPI, Live Commerce performance, and Ads performance
  • Extract and analyze data from BI tools, internal systems, and marketplace backend
  • Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Manage and validate data from the company's OMS/WMS/BI systems
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot errors, fix data mapping issues, and improve system data flow
  • Create automated reporting templates for Category Managers, Store Leaders, and Operations teams
  • Provide insights to Category Managers & Brand PICs to support decision-making on SKU strategy, promo planning, and stock allocation
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, promotional performance, and advertising ROI
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking (pricing, promo, ranking, WOM metrics) to support brand strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or eCommerce Analyst
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, Forecast, Weighted calculation, etc)
  • Experience using BI tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus
  • Understanding of key eCommerce metrics: GMV, CVR, Traffic, Ads metrics, Fulfillment KPIs, FBT, FRS, ODR, UTM tracking, etc
  • Ability to create accurate sales forecasts using basic statistical methods
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations (order flow, stock, fulfillment, shipping, ads, campaign mechanics)
  • Ability to build dashboards and automate reporting is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly data-driven
  • Good communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple brands at once
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and under tight timelines
