Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Project Management
- Assist with project management activities including scheduling, coordinating tasks, project plan development and stakeholder communication.
Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analysis And Reporting
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to analyze business performance and identify key metrics and KPIs.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Solution Design And Implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and provide measurable benefits.
Stakeholder Communication And Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, deliverables, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Market And Industry Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in data analysis and process improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
