- Gather and analyze business and user requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and document business processes and system workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and other teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Support SIT, UAT, and solution validation.
- Identify business process improvements and provide suitable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related roles.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Familiar with BRD/FRD, User Story, Use Case, Process Flow, and UAT.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Banking/Financial Services/FinTech experience is a plus.
