Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Business Analyst leading the development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, develop detailed documentation, and identify opportunities for process optimization. You will guide the development team, align project objectives, and ensure solutions meet the business needs. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between stakeholders and the team while staying updated on trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis to evaluate data and develop actionable solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, team members, and presenting findings effectively.
• Proficiency in Business Process improvement and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of Business Requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within teams.
• Experience in project leadership or managing development teams is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, with prior relevant work experience in business analysis or a similar role.
