About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to mobile application development, particularly in Payment, Source of Fund (SOF), Loyalty Program, and Voucher/Promotion ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, handling the entire requirement lifecycle from discovery, documentation, testing, until final sign-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement discussions.
- Create and maintain BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform functional testing for mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Validate business requirements and support final client sign-off.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or mobile application development.
- Strong experience in end-to-end Business Analysis activities, including requirement gathering, client workshops, BRD/FSD creation, user stories, UAT, testing, and client sign-off.
- Hands-on experience with mobile app testing (iOS & Android), including test case creation and functional testing.
- Good understanding of Source of Fund (SOF), Loyalty Programs, and Voucher & Promotion Systems.
- Experienced in working directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in fintech, payment, e-wallet, loyalty, or rewards platforms is a strong advantage.
