Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside senior leaders to tackle high-impact business challenges, shape strategic decisions, and create long-term value for both the business and society. Through rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, you will transform insights into strategies that reinforce Paragon's family values while driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and identify strategic opportunities through market research, ecosystem benchmarking, and business analysis.
• Develop business frameworks and strategic recommendations to support key initiatives and long-term business impact.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that create measurable business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into aligned execution plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, including Business, Economics, or other related majors
• min 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or CEO Office.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in or prior experience with social impact or nonprofit activities is a plus.
