Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Temenos projects
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and Temenos functionality
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Design and configure Temenos modules (Customer, Account, AA Deposits, AA Lending, FT, GL)
- Coordinate with technical teams for implementation and delivery
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing
- Validate system outputs, reports, and interfaces
- Work with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Provide L1–L2 functional support for Temenos modules
- Analyze recurring issues and propose system or process improvements
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, process flows, and user manuals
- Conduct walkthroughs and knowledge transfer sessions
Experience
- 2–5 years functional experience with Temenos Transact Core Banking
Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of Temenos modules: Customer, Account, AA Deposits, AA Lending, FT, GL
- Experience in Temenos configuration, parameterization, and local development
- Understanding of Temenos operations (COB, OFS, product setup)
- Experience in business process mapping and documentation
- Knowledge of integration with external systems (CRM, payments, reporting)
Technical Awareness
- Understanding of Temenos data structures and OFS messages
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Awareness of API and integration concepts (REST/SOAP)
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Temenos Functional / Business Analyst certification is a plus
- CBAP / CCBA certification is an advantage
