Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with Indonesian clients to deeply understand business requirements, functional needs, and operational workflows.

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, System Analysts, and technical teams based in China.

Support requirement clarification, change management, and progress tracking activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Support system testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), from a requirement validation perspective.

Prepare and maintain project-related documentation (e.g., BRD, FRD, requirement clarifications) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Act as a communication bridge to ensure alignment among clients, project managers, offshore teams, and contractors.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

Ability to communicate professionally with Indonesian clients and coordinate effectively with China-based teams.

Basic understanding of project management concepts.

Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience in IT projects, system integration projects, or software implementation projects.

Experience working in cross-border or multicultural teams.
