What you will do:
- Manage the collection, validation, and translation of simple-to-medium business requirements into actionable technical specifications and comprehensive documentation.
- Support the business analysis process through research, data collection, and interpretation to aid decision-making.
- Facilitate and lead meetings between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Assist in analysing current business processes, systems, and applications, and develop targeted improvement plans for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Assist Senior Business Analyst in incident investigations by identifying root causes, analyzing data, and recommending preventive measures to minimize post-deployment issues and rework.
What you will need:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in business analysis, business operations, or process improvement.
- Participated in or supported cross-functional projects (Tech, Operations, Finance, Product)
- Prior exposure to financial services, or fintech is preferred (but not strictly required)
Additional Knowledge
- Process Design & Enforcement: Proven ability to document, standardize, and manage changes on processes across multiple teams
- Analytical Thinking: Can interpret operational data and spot inefficiencies
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Strong track record working with Sales, Ops, Product, or Compliance teams to drive alignment
- Problem-Solving: Comfortable handling incidents, following root cause analysis, and ensuring lessons feed back into the process.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM/ERP or BI dashboards is a plus
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiar with CRM/ERP tools and experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar tools
- Familiar with process mapping tools (Figjam, Flowchart, etc)
- Outcome-Oriented: Measures success by business impact (conversion rates, reduced incidents), not just activity
- Structured: Naturally organizes chaos into clean workflows and dashboards
- Ability to translate raw data into a presentation slides/dashboard
