Business Analyst (Marketing Technology & Loyalty) responsible for bridging business and technical teams in mobile app development. Owns the product lifecycle from requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement to user story creation, documentation, UAT coordination, and delivery for iOS and Android platforms.
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for MarTech, loyalty, and voucher platforms within mobile applications.
- Define integrations across CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and mobile app ecosystems.
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and data tracking requirements.
- Design and document loyalty program mechanics, including points, tiers, rewards, and redemption flows.
- Define voucher and promotion rules, eligibility criteria, redemption processes, and fraud prevention requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery, testing, and implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing Technology, CRM, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst role.
- Proven hands-on experience designing or documenting requirements for a loyalty program or voucher/promotion system.
- Demonstrated experience working across marketing and technology teams to deliver integrated MarTech solutions.
- Direct experience running or supporting UAT and functional testing for loyalty, voucher, or CRM platform releases.
- Track record of managing requirements through a full delivery cycle: discovery → documentation → development → testing → go-live.
