You'll sit at the centre of every engagement: figuring out how a business actually runs, spotting what's broken, and turning that into something our developers can build. Experience level is open. We care that you can do the work and hold your own in front of stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Map how the business really operates — through interviews, observation, and process analysis
- Spot what's inefficient or missing, and design practical fixes
- Run requirements-gathering sessions and walk stakeholders through proposed solutions (Bahasa Indonesia, English, or Mandarin)
- Write requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases developers can build from without chasing you for clarification
- Stay close to the dev team during delivery to keep the build aligned with scope
What we're looking for
- Structured thinking — you can turn a messy, half-explained problem into something solvable
- Comfort in front of decision-makers: leading a room, asking hard questions, pushing back
- Business process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts, user journeys) or the ability to pick it up fast
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia, good working English. Mandarin is a plus — tell us your level
