Lead the mapping, evaluation, and optimization of the company's end-to-end business processes, particularly those related to SAP, settlement, reconciliation, operational processes, and data management.
Guide the Business Analyst team in translating operational and financial business requirements into clear, comprehensive, and well-structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for the development team.
Ensure seamless and highly accurate integration between front-end operational systems and core Finance & Accounting systems.
Ensure the integrity of financial data, the accuracy of settlement calculations, and the reliability of automated reconciliation systems to minimize discrepancies and revenue leakage.
Lead technical and functional coordination across internal teams and third-party solution providers to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and develop the Business Analyst team, establish high standards for Product and Feature Ownership, and regularly evaluate team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Enterprise Architecture, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role leading Business Analyst teams.
Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with core SAP/ERP modules, Settlement & Reconciliation systems, and operational applications as well as back-office tools.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to accurately analyze data flows and business processes to drive effective solutions.
Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to identify, consolidate, and optimize complex operational business processes across multiple departments and business units.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
Experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry is an advantage.
