Job Description
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Implementer.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience in participating in or leading at least one complete development project or system implementation lifecycle.
- Good understanding of commercial and sales processes, databases, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic programming knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirement Analysis – Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- System Implementation – Manage and support the end-to-end system implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering and development to testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Application Support – Monitor applications, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate incident resolution.
- Database & Data Validation – Perform data validation and database analysis to support system issue investigations.
- Project Coordination – Coordinate project activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and stakeholder communications.
