Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analysis initiatives for strategic and high-impact transformation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring completeness, consistency, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business strategies and objectives into clear, structured, and prioritized functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT Architecture, IT Delivery teams, and application owners to ensure solution alignment.
• Ensure business analysis deliverables follow established standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide Business Analysts to maintain consistency and deliver business value across multiple initiatives.
• Support project implementation, value realization tracking, and business readiness for go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Mandatory experience with SAP systems, including business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation in a fast-paced environment.
