Role Description

This internship position is for a Business Analyst and IT Intern, located on-site in Surabaya. The intern will assist in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes and requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to gather key insights, and supporting the design and enhancement of IT systems and processes. The intern will also be involved in creating reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making and project implementations.

Qualifications

Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate (max. 2 years)

Minimum GPA: 3.50 / 4.00

Major in Informatics, Data Science, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Accounting, International Business Management, or related fields

Familiar with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, C/C++/C#, basic Web Development, or ERP systems is a plus

Intermediate English proficiency (written & verbal)

Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn
