Business Analyst - Insurance Project (Urgent Hiring)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with insurance business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
• Ensure requirements are understood and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on insurance projects or with insurance business processes.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience supporting system testing and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.
